As discussed, please find below my proposal for the design of the new Rame Barton website, along with some design elements that I've created to give you a flavour of the direction I'd like to take it in.

- Cawsand Creative will design & develop a bespoke marketing website for Rame Barton Guest House on the client's existing domain: ramebarton.co.uk; hosting will be moved to Webflow, the provider of the web development platform.
- The site will built responsively and made accessible using modern development tools & techniques.
- Links will be provided to the client's accommodation booking platform, Eviivo, allowing visitors to book direct.
- Relevant content from the existing site will be transferred to the new site, along with any new content created as part of this project or provided by the client.
- All links from the existing site will have '301 Redirects' put in place to preserve search engine rankings and SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) will be done on each page of the new site.
- A CMS (Content Management System) will be provided, allowing the client to update or add new content to the site themselves if they wish to.
- Content updates or changes to the design or functionality of the site provided by Cawsand Creative after this project has been deemed completed (see below) will be chargeable.
- New photography will be provided by Nicola Walker Photography, subject to approval from the client. The scope and terms of the photography to be agreed separately by the client and photographer.
You will find Rame Barton on the Rame Peninsula, set in over two acres of gardens overlooking Whitsand Bay and its breathtaking coastline on one side and stunning Cornish countryside on the other.
- The estimated time for completion of this project is 2 - 4 weeks, following delivery of the new photography to Cawsand Creative.
- Cawsand Creative will charge £1,100.00 for the completion of the deliverables outlined in the 'Scope of work' section above. This is a one-off cost, with no recurring fees to be charged.
- Webflow will charge $192.00 USD (~£140.40) per annum for the hosting of the site, along with a several other features.
- Nicola Walker Photography has provided an initial estimate of £200.00 for new photography, subject to agreement of scope and terms. This is a one-off cost, with no recurring fees to be charged.

Paul Cardew is a world renowned ceramic designer, famous for his amazing collection of limited edition teapots, which are sold all over the world. This is an experience not to be missed.
- Within reason, there will be no limit to the number of revisions that the client may have before declaring that they are satisfied with the design of the site.
- The project will be deemed complete when all deliverables set out in this document have been completed and the client has declared that they are satisfied with the design.
- Any increase to the scope of this project after it has begun (scope creep) may incur additional costs.
- 25% of the website design & development fee is due upfront, before the project will start - £275.00.
- The remaining 75% of the website design & development fee, along with the hosting fee (paid directly to Webflow) is due before the new site goes live on ramebarton.co.uk - ~£965.40.
- Payment terms for the photography to be agreed separately by the client and photographer.
